ocurre que fue abusada, que la hicieron sentir de menos, y que toda la fuerza
de la mujer, interior, fue apareciendo de a poco, a medida que maduraba y
encontraba su centro. Farrah es bella

In 1978, Fawcett's first post-Angels movie, Somebody Killed Her Husband, was released to negative reviews (some
critics referred to the film as Somebody
Killed Her Career) and a poor box-office. The 1979 release of Sunburn, co-starring Charles Grodin and Art Carney, was met by equally negative reviews. In 1980, Fawcett starred with Kirk Douglas in Stanley Donen's science-fiction film Saturn 3; the film earned unfavorable reviews from critics and
experienced poor box office sales.

learning her craft, acting – she was feeling more confident – she worked with
Kirk Douglas
— Farrah Fawcett is with us. As this was beginning I had a voice over
and I was quoting you and it was after the release of your first feature film which
you co-star with, Somebody Killed her
Husband, with Jeff Bridges and
you said that you weren’t deluding
yourself about your acting abilities and you did to compare with sculpting and
painting and pointed out to self-improvement. How do you feel now after
finishing Sunburn, after finishing Saturn 3, and being able to see your
work? Are you conscious of improvements in yourself?
—Definitely.
—How there?
—I think that
any time you do anything whether it is, sculpting, playing tennis, and you
devout a certain amount of time to that craft, whatever it is, and you make a
conscious effort of saying to yourself “I want to learn. I want to learn about
lighting, about the special effects”. So that any time anybody is talking on
the set, getting away from just the acting. I try to keep myself very open. And
I think that after Somebody Killed her
Husband I decided “This is my craft. I should be good”. I have now putting
enough time. I allowed myself the luxury of being a beginner for long enough.
Now I have to say, after a while I couldn´t even on my passport where it says
occupation I put “housewife”. I was embarrassed to put “actress”. I thought I´m
not an actress yet. I´m still learning so much. I think that I see the
improvement in myself and I have to give a lot of that credit to the people.
They have helped me and they have paid compliments to me and I guess you could
say they have treated me as an equal. I can remember on the set of Saturn 3we were about 2 months into
filming and one day I walked in and I was in a great mood and I said to myself,
I thought to myself, I finally said, got up the nerve to say to Somebody Killed Her Husband, and Stanley Donen, the director. Kirk
Douglas, my co-star. I said to them “somebody had told me, when I was at the
University of Texas, you will be
doing a film, your co-star will be Kirk
Douglas and you will be directed by Stanley
Donen. I would have said “Oh, yeah, right. Aha. OK”. Now here I find myself
in that situation and not only is Kirk
Douglas working with me, and reacting to me as an equal, and listening to
what I have to say and respecting my opinion, and the same goes for Stanley Donen. When we finally got up the
confidence to say “I feel my character would do this and I worked on that last night.
I think the scene would be better. I even one time had the courage. Because
actors and actresses would say each other “Do you think that was OK? Was that
as good as it was in the master, with the close-ups?” And I said to Kirk “No, I think it was better when you
looked at me in the first take” Something I can´t even remember when it was.
I´d like to do it again, I thought “This is amazing. I have really learned. I
have grown.” And it was a tremendous thrill for me personally to start feeling
that way. And start feeling appreciated my craft. What I was doing. I think up
until then I kept saying I was not going to be in this business very long and I
kind of avoided the issue and now I am more fan of it. I have more self-confidence.
I´m aware of the pressure. I´m aware of what people expect me to do and my
limitations. Maybe it´s called growing up… (4, 20 minutes)

donde dice ocupación, ponía "ama de casa". Me daba vergüenza poner

mucho. Creo que veo la mejora en mí misma y tengo que darle mucho crédito a la
gente. Me han ayudado y me han hecho cumplidos y creo que se podría decir que
me han tratado como a un igual. Puedo recordar que en el set de Saturn 3 estuvimos cerca de 2 meses de
rodaje y un día entré, y estaba de muy buen humor, y me animé a decirles a Kirk Douglas y Stanley Donen, el director. Kirk
Douglas, mi coprotagonista. Les dije "alguien me había dicho que,
cuando estaba en la Universidad de Texas,
que harás una película, tu coprotagonista será Kirk Douglas y Stanley Donen
te dirigirá. Hubiera dicho "Oh, sí, claro. Ajá. OKAY". Ahora, aquí me
encuentro en esta situación y no solo Kirk
Douglas está trabajando conmigo, reaccionando como un igual, escuchando lo
que tengo que decir y respetando mi opinión. Lo mismo ocurre con Stanley Donen. Cuando finalmente tenemos
la confianza para decir: "Siento que mi personaje debería hacer esto y
trabajé en eso anoche". Creo que la escena sería mejor. Incluso una vez
tuve el coraje. Porque los actores y actrices se dicen unos a otros
"¿Crees que estuvo bien? ¿Fue tan bueno con los primeros planos? Y le dije
a Kirk: "No, creo que fue mejor
cuando me miraste en la primera toma". Algo que ni siquiera puedo recordar
cuando fue. Me gustaría volver a hacerlo. Pensé: "Esto es increíble.
Realmente he aprendido He crecido." Y personalmente fue una tremenda
